Biography
Yohann TOREAU has been advising and assisting French and international companies and groups in various sectors, including food and specialised retail, for 18 years. He works in the fields of competition law (anti-competitive and restrictive practices, compliance programmes, market concentration), retail law (building distribution networks) and consumer protection/sales promotion law.
Yohann started his career in the firm of S.G. Archibald in 2000, moving to Renaudier as a member of staff and later partner, before joining Bignon Lebray in 2010, DS Avocats in 2012 and lastly Gowling WLG in 2014.
Yohann holds a DESS post-graduate diploma in business law and tax (GEFIRE) and another in legal, accounting and tax auditing.
He was sworn-in in 2000.
He is a member of the French association for lawyers practising in competition law, the APDC.
